PREREQUISITES:

Deepen your relationship with the foundational rites of the Munay-Ki. Together we will grow the seeds of the Munay-Ki through ceremony, meditation, shamanic dreamwork, energy practices, group discussion and exploration.

This class series is open to those who have received the foundational rites of the Munay-Ki: the Bands of Power, Healer's Rite, Harmony Rites & the Seer's Rite. Because Summer can be a busy time, this series allows for flexible participation. You are welcome to attend individual sessions, or sign-up for the entire series.

If you are on the journey of the Munay-ki, I hope you will join us this Summer for this exploration.


June 16	The Heart of the Munay-Ki
	In sacred space, we will open to deeper insight into the purpose and power of the Munay-Ki rites. What are these rites about? What have we been experiencing as we integrate and grow these rites? We'll share experiences, perspectives and acknowledge places where we may be seeking more clarity, commitment or connection. We'll open to spirit insight to guide us on our unfolding journey as impeccably and effectively as possible.
June 23	Feeding Our Rites with Sacred Fire
	The traditional way to energize these rites and grow the seeds of the Munay-ki is through fire ceremony. We'll be reviewing traditional approaches to nourishing our rites with sacred fire, and strengthening our skills and confidence for doing fire ceremony in both bonfire & candle form. We'll create sacred space and come to the fire to practice impeccable care of our rites.
June 30	Bands of Power
	The Bands of Power provide protection and connection with the sustaining powers of Creation. We'll explore blessings and benefits of having our bands, review practices for clearing, energizing and caring for them. We'll explore ways to strengthen awareness of our bands, and share experiences and ideas about how to work with them. Those who attended the June 23rd session, will have any opportunity to step up to facilitate a candle fire ceremony to allow us to bring our bands to the fire.
July 14	Healer's Rite
	The Healer's Rite brings us into the lineage of luminous Healers. It invites us not only to do healing, but to be healing. We'll reflect on and share how the Healer's Rite is manifesting in our lives, as well as aligning with healing allies, opening to messages and transformation to nourish our relationship with healing.
July 21	Serpent Fire Ceremony
	Serpent delights in being in her body. She moves with ease and grace on the body of Mother Earth. She has mastered the art of release and renewal, shedding her outgrown skin to reveal the sleek, new hide beneath. We will be connecting to Serpent power through a special fire ceremony dedicated to Sachamama, the Mother Serpent. We'll be stepping up to energize our delight to be manifest on Mother Earth, shed the skin of outmoded habits and patterns, nourish our Serpent seeds and open to the medicine and messages of Sachamama.
July 28	Jaguar Fire Ceremony
	Jaguar is the Luminous Warrior, impeccability-in-action. She moves in ayni (in harmony) with Creation, tracking the luminous threads of destiny even in the darkest night. She has transcended fear and made death her ally. We will be connecting to Jaguar power through a special fire ceremony dedicated to Otorongo, Mother-Sister Jaguar. We'll be stepping up to release fear, call forth our impeccable expression, nourish our Jaguar seeds and open to medicine and messages of Otorongo.
Aug. 11	Hummingbird Fire Ceremony
	At the heart of Hummingbird medicine is trust in the loving, luminous nature of Creation. She delights in the sweetness of life, embracing the journey of evolution with joy and great stamina. We'll be connecting to Hummingbird power through a special ceremony dedicated to Sewar Kenti, Royal Hummingbird. We'll be stepping up to align with trust and the sweet nourishment of the universe, energize our Hummingbird seeds and open to the teachings of Kenti.
Aug. 18	The Seer's Rite
	The Seer's Rite opens us to deeper perception of the energetic world. This rite calls us to deeper vision and understanding of the dynamic interconnection of all things. We'll reflect on and share the ways that the Seer's Rite is manifesting in our lives. We'll call up the Apu, the wise spirits of mountain, stream, lake, river and other land formations (the givers of the Seer's Rite), as we open to messages and transformational blessings to energize our capacity for inner vision and energetic awareness.
Aug. 25	Eagle & Condor Fire Ceremony
	Condor and Eagle are the great power birds of South and North America. When they fly together, they embody the union of fierce heart and visionary mind, the power of heart and head working in balance for the good of all. They are the marriage of Heaven & Earth, of Soul and Ego harmoniously aligned.. Eagle and Condor know the medicine of collaboration and the blessings of power shared. We will be stepping up to open our hearts to fierceness and vision, to nourish our Eagle and Condor seed and open to their medicine teachings.
Sept. 8	Harmonizing the 3 Worlds:
	The last 3 Harmony Rites provide seeds of connection with the archetypal Keepers of the 3 Realms: *Huascar, Keeper of the Lower World,* the Unconscious realm. Huascar helps us to navigate the Lower World, to heal the shadow places within us and to reclaim and express our wisdom and power. *Quetzecoatl, Keeper of the Middle World, the Conscious realm of waking experience. Quetzecoatl helps us to navigate daily life, to create harmoniously for the good of all, and to express our spirit essence in the here and now. Pachakuti, the Protector of the Upper World & the Keeper of the Time to Come*, the Super-conscious realm. Pachakuti helps us to align with the luminous, to step out of the limitations of time and finite experience to claim our true nature as powerful and harmonious creators. Through ceremony and shamanic journey work we will build relationship and alliance with each of these great archetypes, nourishing the seeds in our throats, 3rd eye and crown chakras, and open to the medicine and messages of Huascar, Quetzecoatl and Pachakuti.
