with a continued commitment to building your healing habits. Throughout this 8-session class, we will:
- engage our subtle energy field to reduce stress and
enhance vitality, flow & balance
- learn simple, yet powerful techniques for promoting
personal wellness
- connect with spirit allies to support our healing journey
- share sacred ceremony for personal transformation
- remember our Wholeness

Our Exploration Will Include: |

Strengthen
relationship with your luminous mantle; learn to extend your mantle to provide sacred
space for others; enhance the energies in the spaces where you live & work. |

|
|
|
Receive
attunements for the 2nd degree; practice hand positions for sharing Reiki with others;
work with Reiki symbols for focusing, clearing & harmonizing energies in aura &
environment; learn distance healing techniques. |
|
|
|
|
|
Engage
the energies of your chakras through meditation, Reiki & energy medicine techniques,
including chakra clearing & balancing for self & others. |
|
|
|
|
|
Learn
simple, yet powerful techniques to reduce stress & enhance vitality. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Partner
with your Higher Self & luminous spirit allies through meditation, ceremony, intention
& prayer to support your health on all levels of being. |

|
|
|
Release
old patterns & create new directions through the healing power of Fire Ceremony;
welcome harmony & joyful alignment through the Ayni Despacho Ceremony. |

| This class will meet 8 times bi-weekly over a 4-month
period in order to allow time to integrate your experiences and build your healing

About the Facilitator |

| Ananaia O'Leary |
is a shaman, Reiki Master and teacher. She
has studied and practiced the art of healing for over 10 years; her background
includes shamanic healing, massage therapy & subtle energy healing approaches such as
Reiki, Esoteric Healing, Cranial Sacral & Thought Field therapies. Her passion is
empowering others on their personal journeys of luminous becoming through
transformational partnership, healing support and experiential learning. |
